company is cutting cost and they really start to cut a lot of cost in terms of staff benefit
i.e. MILO is a control item which during office hour u can only drink milo made by the tea lady
and after office hour you need to try your luck
if you are lucky there is stock for milo
if not you need to sendiri jaga sendiri
biscuit
another control item
they cut cost of the biscuit they buy lately
and buy those not very very nice biscuit
sometimes i really wonder
does this cut cost measures affect the company
but this cut cost measure affect the staff motivation
cos no staff allowance / meal allowance to stay back after office hour / you come back during sat / sun
then even the basic milo which would help the staff get more energy when they work are being cut
i wonder what will they cut next?
our pay?
or no increament is equivalent to a pay cut?
why work so stressful?
i wonder….

have been peak peak peak…
so cannot update very frequent
not even a small post
but a lot of things happened.
an experienced staff resigned for greener pasture.
and at lightning speed my big boss think of a replacement
another experienced staff
and luckily the staff decided to take in
and i smile at people i ….
i think it’s a big step for me
nice person being describe as black heart person
i was numb when i know about it
bark bark was settled by my boss
but instalment for balance of tax was not allowed without penalty
so bark bark waited for our reply very impatiently
she decided to shoot her bone e-mail to us…
but before bone e-mail was shoot i called her to inform her
so she say nvm they can pay
actually i guess bark bark’s company have the cash flow to pay the amount as they already anticipated the situation
but… jus to let her look nice my big boss say we try instalment la..
but unfortunately it’s not workable.
but bark bark should not really simply bark bark again
herm no good reason to appeal for the penalty
adjustment made in the last month of the accounts
herm… i guess there is another reason behind her underestimation
just that we do not wish to disclose

chop chop… client on the chop plate…
we have this case and we proposed to give a fee of RM 10k but we could not take it up since we are extremely busy now.
then we pass the job to my Big Boss
and Big Boss raise his chopping knife and chop chop…
chop… RM 20k double the price we intended to quote.
wow… my boss must be hungry π

oops… queen is moving into her room..
finally…
after one year being promoted finally she decided to move into her room
which previously sit by my boss π
i guess people who sit there are lucky and feng sui is good in the sense they move up very fast?

but seems like things are slowing down for myself.
but i think that is not the way to do things.

I expect speed in work done by junior staff.
boss always say must work smart.
i see speed in staff A when she do her work…
always act blur…. but i guess she is smart and wanna enjoy her life.
i tot she do not wanna stay back..
but i do seeing her stay back to rush job.
gotta give her more challenging task…
not just simple easy cases.
and staff P and NG have to exchange cases for them d.
some are too simple for NG and some and too complicated for P
to change it in the future.
